She is a strong business development professional with a Ph.D. from the Johns Hopkins University Department of Health Policy and Management, with a concentration in Social and Behavioral Sciences.

Dr Mathur works as the Chief Medical and Health Officer at Ram Sharnam Ashram in Gohana for the last two decades. In early life, his family members and close friends got phenomenal results with yoga and naturopathy, as he has now dedicated his life to yoga and naturopathy.
An ardent practitioner of yoga, Meenakshi was initiated into yoga therapy by Swami Dhirendra Brahamachari, as she continued her education with BKS Iyenagar’s Teacher Training Course in Pune. With her own practice and experiences, she has been fueling passion of followers and guiding them. Her method employs a high level of interested curiosity and follows the tradition of Raja yoga, seeking to balance all faculties – physical, mental, moral and spiritual. Meenakshi strives to encourage her students to reach beyond the limitations and find new depths in their practice, one that encourages them to find focus, alignment, flexibility, balance and acceptance.
Priyanka is an LLB (HONS) degree holder, Soul Coaching® Practitioner, Reiki Master Teacher, Hatha yoga teacher, certified holistic healer and a skilled therapist in energy healing. Priyanka is also qualified as a Lightarian Angel LinksTM therapist and an Access Consciousness® therapist. She performs yoga healing therapies and energy works related to angel healing, magnificent Kwan Yin healing, and aura & chakra cleansing. As an expert pyrography artist, Priyanka believes that art is a form of meditation and as a healer, she creates beautiful pieces to inspire and heal the soul.
Alan is a Fulbright scholar and a 2001 Piedmont Yoga Studio Advanced Studies graduate. He has taught seasonally at the Omega Institute for Holistic Studies for the last 20 years. He enjoys weaving philosophy, poetry, story and the texture of daily experience into classes. He has led Balance, Equanimity & Carriage workshops in Australia, Cuba, Canada, Israel, and Sweden. Virad specializes in marketing and communication, brand creation, project management, event planning, and digital campaign development. His latest venture entails new frames of learning to interpret a new world. The notion is to uncouple learning from education for both parents and children, by improving the lives of those who are uniquely special in their own ways. Seema is an enthusiastic and experienced practitioner of Yoga, with over five years of experience under her belt. She completed her diploma in Yoga and Naturopathy from Gandhi Samarak Institute, Chandigarh in 2018. She holds several certifications in food and nutrition, and is currently pursuing an International Yoga Alliance 500-hour certificate program.
Lauren is an experienced Yoga Instructor bringing 3+ years in health and wellness roles and over 10+ years of yoga experience. She is eager to help students improve wellness through Restorative Yoga, Hatha Yoga, Yoga Shred, Buti Yoga and other fitness-related classes. Lauren leads by example, as she is a Healthy living role model who specializes in Nutrition advisory, Weight management, Form expertise and Safety Techniques. She has completed 200 RYT Yoga Teacher Training, SUP Yoga Teacher Training, and also holds Barre Instructor Certification and Buti Yoga Teacher Certification.
