She is a strong business development professional with a Ph.D. from the Johns Hopkins University Department of Health Policy and Management, with a concentration in Social and Behavioral Sciences.

Dr Mathur works as the Chief Medical and Health Officer at Ram Sharnam Ashram in Gohana for the last two decades. He has entered the India Book of Records for holding the maximum professional degrees. Born in Jaipur, Dr Mathur (51) has got 25 degrees in yoga and naturopathy and was awarded record certification and medal by India Book of Records in 2018. In early life, his family members and close friends got phenomenal results with yoga and naturopathy, as he has now dedicated his life to yoga and naturopathy.
An ardent practitioner of yoga, Meenakshi was initiated into yoga therapy by Swami Dhirendra Brahamachari, as she continued her education with BKS Iyenagar’s Teacher Training Course in Pune. With her own practice and experiences, she has been fueling passion of followers and guiding them. Her method employs a high level of interested curiosity and follows the tradition of Raja yoga, seeking to balance all faculties – physical, mental, moral and spiritual. Meenakshi strives to encourage her students to reach beyond the limitations and find new depths in their practice, one that encourages them to find focus, alignment, flexibility, balance and acceptance.
Dr. Mohinder Pal Dogra is an honorary member of the Gandhi Samarak Institute in Chandigarh, where he has been teaching Naturopathy and Yoga since 2001. As an expert in this field, he has conducted numerous seminars and workshops on Naturopathy and Yoga in multiple schools, colleges and corporations. An avid practitioner of yoga, he continues to share valuable insights related to stress management techniques. Dr. Dogra is a recipient of the Best Teacher Awards conferred by the JKM Welfare Foundation in Chandigarh, India. He holds a Diploma in Naturopathy and Yoga (NDDY), Diploma in Nutrition and Health Education (DNHE), and Master of Science (M.Sc.) Degree in Yoga and Naturopathy.
Alan is a Fulbright scholar and a 2001 Piedmont Yoga Studio Advanced Studies graduate. He has taught seasonally at the Omega Institute for Holistic Studies for the last 20 years. He enjoys weaving philosophy, poetry, story and the texture of daily experience into classes. He has led Balance, Equanimity & Carriage workshops in Australia, Cuba, Canada, Israel, and Sweden. His latest venture entails new frames of learning to interpret a new world. The notion is to uncouple learning from education for both parents and children, by improving the lives of those who are uniquely special in their own ways. Seema is an enthusiastic and experienced practitioner of Yoga, with over five years of experience under her belt. She completed her diploma in Yoga and Naturopathy from Gandhi Samarak Institute, Chandigarh in 2018. She holds several certifications in food and nutrition, and is currently pursuing an International Yoga Alliance 500-hour certificate program.
